Payroll

TUPE Employees

Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment). This service protects employees if the business in which they are employed changes hands. Employees have a legal right to transfer to the new employer on their existing terms and conditions of employment. The CARE Payroll Group can make this transition run smoothly. We can assist you with the process regarding each employee’s payroll. In addition, our professional legal advisors will be on hand as and when required.

Auto Enrolment

This is an important Work Place Pensions legal obligation. Regardless of the size of your company – even if you have just one employee – you must set up a pension scheme with a pension provider. For example NEST, NOW or the PEOPLE’s pension. You can visit The Pensions Regulator website for further information or ask us for help.

We can set up NEST pensions and monitor them on a monthly basis for you. We can provide administration for all of your employees who are eligible and non eligible for a work place pension, ensuring that your company is complaint with the pension regulator.

Year End Reporting

Our year end reporting service includes P11D and P60 forms. P11D include information regarding benefits in kind (i.e. company cars or interest-free loans). An employee’s P60 shows the tax that they have paid on their salary in the tax year (6 April to 5 April).

HR Services
